Apart from the job and schedule details, constraint violation details are captured automatically in the existing object Scheduling Violation, which is related to Work Order, when Schedule Optimization engine creates these records along with the schedules. These records capture both SLA and Skill Violation details.

This object holds the details of each violation, including Job Id, Work Order, Technician, Category, Name, Value, and Parameter Value 1 (for Skill violations) / Parameter Value 2 (for SLA violations).

No specific configuration other than Schedule Optimization configuration is required for the above business data generation.
