Applies to Job-centric, Break-Fix type work orders on completion, as shown below:
• Qualify the work order for FTF processing (suggestion: Set Order Status to Completed), so that it matches the work order expression configured in SPM Setup
• Mark if the work order was fixed on the first visit (suggestion: Set Sub Status to Resolved if yes, Unresolved if no)
• Ensure that Account, Technician, Product, and Fixed On Date fields in the work order (configured as above) are populated with valid values
• If any follow-up work/ visit is required, track it through a separate, related work order (suggestion: Invoke the new standard SFM transaction Create Follow Up Work Order from Work Order).
