Adding IB Hierarchy to Lightning Record Page
You can add the Installed Base (IB) Hierarchy component to the record page that has a lookup to the IB object. The IB Hierarchy component is also supported on the Account and Location record page. To view the IB Hierarchy on the record page, you must add the IB Hierarchy component to the lightning page.
To add the IB Hierarchy to the lightning record page:
1. Open an object record.
2. Navigate to Setup > Edit Page. The Lightning App Builder page is displayed.
3. From the Custom Components section of the App Builder page, locate the Installed Product Hierarchy component. Drag and drop the component into the main page area.
4. Click the Installed Product Hierarchy component and then enter the following details in the Page > Installed Product section.

Hierarchy Order*
|
The order in which hierarchy is plotted. The option "Installed Product Only" is displayed. Only IB information is plotted.

Select field to plot hierarchy*
|
The hierarchy is plotted for the selected field. This drop-down lists all the lookup fields to Installed Product on the selected record page.
On the Location object, it displays lookup fields to the Location.
On the Account object, it displays lookup fields to the Account.

Plot from Selected Node
|
Select this checkbox to plot from the field configured in the "Select Fields to Plot" field. This option is applicable only if the Installed Product field is selected.

Display Icon
|
Select this checkbox to display the record icon.
|
||
|
Height
|
Specify the maximum height of the component. The vertical scroll is enabled when hierarchy data grows beyond the defined height.

5. Click Activate to activate the Installed Product Hierarchy component on the current org.
6. Click Save. You can view the Installed Product Hierarchy component on the record page.

You can enable the Installed Product Hierarchy component for any standard or custom record page with a lookup to the IB record. For example, Case, Work Order, Account, and Location.
