Understanding Troubleshooting Insights
Troubleshooting insights present AI-generated summaries derived from past work orders and asset data. These insights help identify similar problems and understand how issues were resolved, and enable technicians to resolve issues quickly. When analysis is triggered, the Troubleshooting Agent generates the following insight sections:
• Problem Overview Captures detailed information about the symptoms and issues observed on the asset, based on similar past work orders.
• Solution Overview Summarizes how similar problems were resolved, including the actions performed, parts or tools used, and the steps taken to implement the fix.
• Context Data Provides key asset and work order details used to generate the insights, such as product model, product family or line, parts used, and any recorded error or solution codes.
The content generated in each section depends on the following configurations:
• Selected data source fields
• Defined instructions
• Context data
