Launching an AI Action from SFM Wizard in Go Windows App
You can launch an AI Action from within an SFM Wizard step when your administrator has configured AI Actions for that wizard.
Before you begin, make sure:
• You can open the SFM Wizard for the relevant record.
• The SFM Wizard step you are using has at least one AI Action configured and visible.
To launch an AI Action from an SFM Wizard step, perform the following:
1. Navigate to the record for which you want to use an AI Action.
2. Open the SFM Wizard associated with the record.
3. In the wizard, go to the step that includes AI Actions.
4. Review the fields and information on the step. Ensure that all required fields that the AI Action uses are filled in.
5. Navigate the AI Actions section on the step. If multiple AI Actions are available, identify the action that best matches what you want to do, such as summarizing information or generating recommended updates.
6. Select the AI Action you want to run. Depending on the configuration, the AI Action may appear as a button, link, or menu option.
7. If prompted, review or edit the input fields used by the AI Action. Update any values if needed to improve the AI results.
8. Click the option to run or generate the AI result.
9. Wait for the AI Action to complete. The system displays a progress indicator or message while it runs.
10. Review the AI output when it appears. Check the generated content, suggested values, or recommendations for accuracy and completeness.
11. Apply the AI output to your record if it meets your needs.

Depending on the configuration, you may:
• Insert the AI‑generated text into a field.
• Accept or reject suggested values.
• Copy specific parts of the output into other fields.

12. If needed, refine the input and run the AI Action again. Adjust field values or context text, and re‑launch the AI Action to get improved results.
13. Continue to the next SFM Wizard step or complete the wizard after you finish working with AI Actions.
14. Save the wizard to apply your changes to the record.

AI Actions keep running if you close the view. You’ll see a notification when results are ready, or a recent response with timestamp and Re-run when you return.
