Accessing ACD through SFM Custom Action
As a technician, you can click the configured custom action URL in the ServiceMax platform to navigate to the corresponding ACD content directly using SSO.
Perform the following steps to navigate to the ACD content through custom action in web and mobile apps.
1. Log in to your ServiceMax account or the mobile app with your valid credentials.
2. Navigate to the record where the custom action is configured. For example, a Work Order record, where the custom URLs are configured to access ACD content.
3. Click the configured custom action URL from the SFM Wizard.

In the mobile app, you can navigate to Actions, and then tap the configured custom URL.

The corresponding ACD content page is displayed without any additional authentication screens.
