Managing Opportunities
The Salesforce Field Service (SFS) mobile application allows you to identify and record opportunities in the field to improve service revenues and sales.
There can be the following types of opportunities:
Upsell Opportunities: During onsite visits, field engineers may identify other aging assets or assets otherwise nearing the end of life. There is an upsell sales opportunity identified to replace the end-of-life asset.
Competitor Asset Opportunities: During onsite visits, a field engineer may identify competitor assets that represent a sales opportunity for the field engineer's organization to competitively sell their own products that perform the same function. Registering Competitor Asset Opportunities allow organizations to generate additional revenue streams.

As a prerequisite, it is recommended to enable the Feed Tracking option on the Work Step object to continue with the flow execution. Else, an error is displayed when the SFS mobile application attempts to synchronize with the server.
