Viewing Request Detail Screen
The Requests details screen allows you to view and take action on the following features for a request.
Search requests - Click here for more information.
View My Requests - View the list of requests submitted by you.
View All Requests - View the list of requests submitted by you and others.
View Updates - View the relevant updates of a request.
Edit Requests - Edit a request to make changes when the request is in the Submitted stage.
View Request - View the request detail when the request is in the Open stage or Completed stage.
Cancel Request - Cancel a request when the request is in the Submitted stage or Open stage.
Chat - Tap the Chat icon to initiate or continue the request-based conversation. Click here for more information.

To cancel a request:
1. Tap on a request which is in the Submitted stage or Open stage.
2. Tap Cancel. A Cancel Request screen is displayed.
3. Select a reason for cancellation.
4. Provide comments for canceling the request. This is optional.
5. Tap Cancel.
To enable or disable the notifications on a request.
1. Navigate to the Request tab.
2. Tap on a request.
3. Tap on the bell icon.
4. Tap Hide notifications to disable the notifications or tap Allow notifications to enable the notifications.
To enable or disable the notifications on the request status.
1. Navigate to the Request tab.
2. Tap on a request.
3. Tap on the bell icon.
4. Tap Manage notification settings. A list of notification statuses is displayed.
5. Tap on the respective status to enable or disable the notifications.
