Searching Customer Requests
You can search for the customer requests by asset name, customer request number, or by service type.
To search for a customer request:
1. Tap Requests.
2. Enter the asset name, customer request number, or service type in the search bar. A list of customer requests is displayed.
3. Tap on the customer request to view the details.
To view the customer requests:
• Tap Open to view the open customer requests.
• Tap Closed to view the closed customer requests. The
• Tap Cancelled to view the canceled customer requests.
