Log Files
Asset 360 saves application log files for errors so it helps users to troubleshoot the issues. Currently, log files are saved for the following applications:
To view the log files, perform the following steps:
1. Launch the Application Logs object. The Recently Viewed list page is displayed.
2. From the Recently Viewed drop-down, select All. The Application Logs are displayed for the applications for which errors arise.
3. Click the Application Log Number to view or edit the details.

The logs list can be empty if there are no errors for Warranty, Entitlement, or Post Installation applications.
