Entitled Service History Events
For each change in the Visit value, there is a log recorded under the Entitled Service History. It is applicable for Case, Work Order, and Return Order. The Entitled Service History component can be accessed from the Related tab of Case, Work Order, or Return Order records.
The following sequence of events happens for the log:
1. A single record is created when you select Visit as the service unit.
2. Another record is created if you select another record from the Interactive Entitlement screen.
3. When the Visit count is changed, two records are created. The first is for the decrement, and the second is for the increment.
The following screen displays the Entitled Service History page.

If you change the service unit from any other value except Visit, no record is created under the Entitled Service History log.
