Managing Recent History and Favorites
Add conversations to favorites, rename them for easy identification, and delete conversations you no longer need.
In the AI Hub of PTC Orbit, you can efficiently manage your recent history and favorites through a streamlined interface that allows adding important chats to favorites for quick access, renaming chats for better organization, and deleting chats to keep your workspace uncluttered. These features ensure that you can easily revisit, identify, and maintain only the most relevant analyses and visualizations, supporting a focused and productive workflow within the AI Canvas.
Perform the following steps to manage your conversations.
1. Log in to PTC Orbit and click the 
icon to launch the navigation pane.
icon to launch the navigation pane.2. Click AI Hub. The AI Hub new conversation page is displayed.
3. From the Recent tab on the left navigation, hover over a conversation to see its menu option with three dots.
4. To add a conversation to your favorite list for quick access later, from its menu options, click Add to Favorites.
A confirmation banner is displayed after the conversation is successfully added to your favorites and the conversation is pinned to the Favorites tab.
5. To rename a conversation for better organizing your work and quick identification, from its menu options, click Rename, update the conversation title, and then click anywhere outside the text box.
The conversation title is saved and the conversation moves to the top of the history list.
6. To delete a conversation from the history, from its menu options, click Delete.
The conversation is removed from the history list.
7. To remove a conversation from your favorite list, go to the Favorites tab, from the conversation’s menu options, click Remove Favorite.
The favorite list is refreshed and the conversation is removed from the list.
8. To remove all conversations from your favorite list, go to the Favorites tab, and then click Remove All.
A confirmation pop-up is displayed. Click Confirm. All conversations are removed from the favorites list.
9. To open a chat through URL, open the conversation, and then copy the URL.

You cannot open an expired chat through URL if the chat is no longer in the recent list. An error is displayed. You can still continue to initiate a new chat.
