PTC Orbit version 4.0 introduces significant new capabilities and enhancements across the platform. This release adds the 3D Creo Viewer integration in AI Hub, enabling users to visually explore product structures and Bills of Material directly within the AI Canvas, along with a new Demand Forecasting capability that helps service organizations predict future work order volumes using both manual and AI-assisted builders.

In addition, version 4.0 delivers enhancements to AI Hub chart interactions, Asset Score management with the ability to disable and re-enable individual scores, improved Windchill ESI Response data model integration, streamlined tenant provisioning with automatic role assignment and pre-configured matching rules, and better external deletion tracking in Matillion pipelines.
