Activity part of project (UPDM - NAF aliases)
Creation
To create an Activity Part Of Project:
• From an
Actual Project: right-click the Actual Project, point to Links, point to Programme, and then click Project Activity. On the Links Editor dialog, select the Project Activity elements that are part of the Actual Project.
• From a
Project Activity: right-click the Project Activity, point to Links, point to Programme, and then click Actual Project. On the Links Editor dialog, select the Actual Project elements that the Project Activity is part of.
• From an
NPV-2 Project Activity Model: create a
Project Partition that uses the Actual Project as its type, and then within the Project Partition create a
Project Activity Action that uses the Project Activity that is part of the Actual Project as its type.
