Standard Operational Activity: right-click the desirer element, point to Links, point to Strategic, and then click Desired State. From the Links Editor, select the desired states.
The desired state elements can be Operational Atomic State, Operational Concurrent State, Operational Final State, Operational Sequential State, Operational Submachine State, Resource Atomic State, Resource Concurrent State, Resource Final State, Resource Sequential State or Resource Submachine State elements.

A Desired Effect does not appear on any diagrams.
