Forecast span literal (UPDM - DoDAF aliases)
A Forecast Span Literal is a proprietary element that is required to model UPDM in Modeler.
Creation
To create a Forecast Span Literal:
• From a
Forecast Span: right-click the Forecast Span, point to New, point to DoDAF, and then click Forecast Span Literal.
Appearance
When shown on an
SV-9 Systems Technology and Skills Forecast Definition or
StdV-2 Standards Definition, a Forecast Span Literal appears as follows:

• Link a Forecast Span Literal element to Forecast elements that have their span defined by the Forecast Span Literal: right-click the Forecast, point to Links, and then click Span.
