Project ownership (UPDM - NAF aliases)
Creation
To create a Project Ownership:
From an NPV-3 Actual Project Definition: click the Project Ownership toolbar button, click the Actual Project, and then click the Actual Post or Actual Organization that is the responsible resource.
From an Actual Project: right-click the Actual Project, point to Links, point to Programme, and then click Responsible Resource. On the Links Editor dialog, select the Actual Post or Actual Organization elements that are the responsible resources.
From an Actual Post or Actual Organization: right-click the element, point to Links, point to Programme, and then click Project Responsibility. On the Links Editor dialog, select the Actual Project elements that have project responsibility.

When shown on an NPV-3 Actual Project Definition, a Project Ownership appears as follows:
Relationships
There are no relationships that are of significant importance to a Project Ownership.
