Forecast span literal (UPDM - NAF aliases)
A Forecast Span Literal is a proprietary element that is required to model UPDM in Modeler.
Creation
To create a Forecast Span Literal:
From a Forecast Span: right-click the Forecast Span, point to New, point to NAF, and then click Forecast Span Literal.
From an NSV-9 Technology and Skills Forecast Definition or NTV-2 Standards Definition: click the Forecast Span Literal toolbar button, and then click the owning Forecast Span.

When shown on an NSV-9 Technology and Skills Forecast Definition or NTV-2 Standards Definition, a Forecast Span Literal appears as follows:
Relationships
Link a Forecast Span Literal element to Forecast elements that have their span defined by the Forecast Span Literal: right-click the Forecast, point to Links, and then click Span.
