Exporting a parametric diagram to a Simulink model (Integration for MATLAB Simulink)
1. If you have not done so already, add the Simulink profile to the Modeler model. How?
2. If you want to export Constraint Parameters that appear on the Parametric Diagram, ensure that those Constraint Parameters appear on a Parametric Diagram that is owned by their owning Constraint Property's type. How?
3. In Modeler, right-click the Parametric Diagram, point to Tools, point to Simulink Synchronizer, and then click Synchronize.
4. Set the options on each page of Integration for MATLAB Simulink as required.
For information about the options that appear on a page of Integration for MATLAB Simulink, click the Help button.

If you are updating a Simulink model from a previously exported Parametric Diagram, on the Mapping List page, select the Integration for MATLAB Simulink Mapping you used to previously export that Parametric Diagram.
If you are exporting the Parametric Diagram the first time, on the Target Selection page, select an empty Simulink model, or create a new Simulink model.
On the Target Selection page, select the Modeler -> Simulink option.
On the Item Mapping Definitions page, ensure that the Constraint Parameters you want to export are listed (see Step 2), and set up each Constraint Property to be exported as a SubSystem or ModelReference.
On the Item Mapping Definitions page, if an icon indicates that an object has changed in the Simulink model (for example or ), confirm that it is acceptable for the export to overwrite those changes.
If in future you want to be able to quickly update the exported Simulink model with any changes you make in the Modeler model, on the Save and Synchronize page click the Save and Synchronize button.
