You can set up options to customize how diagrams are printed out, such as scaling a diagram to fit on one page, printing in monochrome, including a diagram border and including diagram information in a footer.
To set up options for printing diagrams:
1. On the Tools menu, click Options.
2. Click the Print entry.
3. Set each print option as required, and then click OK.
