• Fit to page check box - specifies that the diagram will be scaled to fit on one page.

• Print in monochrome check box - specifies that color diagrams are printed in monochrome. This option is useful if you use a monochrome printer.

• Print border check box - specifies that the printout includes a border around the diagram.

• Print footer check box - specifies that the printout includes a footer. The options in the Footer Options group determine what information is included in the footer.

• Date & time check box - specifies that the current date and time is included in the printed footer.

• Last changed information check box - specifies that the last changed on/by information for the diagram is included in the printed footer.

• Full name check box - specifies that the full name of the diagram is included in the printed footer.

• Model version check box - specifies that the model version number is included in the printed footer.

• Page numbers check box - specifies that page numbers are included in the printed footer.

• Page reference check box - specifies that the page reference is included in the printed footer.
