Change note (dictionary item)

A Change Note records the changes made to a model while the Change Note is active.
You can create a Change Note through the context menu of the Model or Package; right-click the Model or Package, point to New, and then click Change Note. To create or delete a Change Note, you required owner access permissions to the mode.
In the Modeler panes, a short-cut symbol on the Change Note's icon indicates that the item is a stub. For more information, see Stubs.

Dependency - The Dependency is owned jointly by the Change Note and the other associated item. The access permissions you have to a Dependency are determined by the access permissions of the dependent item.
