Creating an exception handler
1. On the Activity Diagram toolbar, click the Exception Handler toolbar button.
2. On the Activity Diagram, click the source item.
The source item can be any action node item (Accept Event Action, Opaque Action, Call Behavior Action, Call Operation Action or Send Signal Action), Structured Activity Node, Central Buffer, Data Store or Output Pin.
3. On the Activity Diagram, click the destination item.
The destination item can be a Structured Activity Node, or an Input Pin on an action node item.

The destination item should not have any other incoming flows, either direct or through an Input Pin.
4. Type the name of the Exception Handler, and then press the Enter key
