When you paste rich text that contains model object references, you can use the Paste Special command to determine how model object references are handled.
1. Select the text you want to copy.
2. Right-click the position in which you want to paste the copied text.
3. On the shortcut menu, click Paste Special.
4. From the Past Special dialog select the required option from the list:
◦ Rich Text — the pasted text appears as copied. Model object references are pasted as text.
◦ Plain Text — the pasted text appears in the font of the current cursor position. Model object references are pasted as text.
◦ Rich Text and Tokens — the pasted text appears as copied. Model object references are pasted as model object references.
5. Click OK.
Use the Paste command to paste Rich Text and Tokens into your rich text.
