Choosing variants to include and exclude through the decision set editor
If this is the first time you have used the Decision Set Editor:

You can also use the Variant Selector to choose Variants to include and exclude a Decision Set (only for external Variation Points, not internal Variation Points).
To choose variants to include and exclude through the decision set editor:
1. Open the Decision Set Editor for the Decision Set you want to set up.
Right-click the Decision Set you want to edit, and then click Edit
2. In the Decision Set Editor set the Decision value of each Variant you want to include or exclude:
a. Click the appropriate Decision cell.
b. Click Excluded, Included or Undecided as required.
Note that if the Variant has a parameter that does not have a default value (<x> appears in the Value column), setting the Decision to Include will not result in the Status being set to Included until you a value is set for the parameter

3. After setting up the Variants you want to include or exclude, close the Decision Set Editor.
After setting up the Decision Set you can create a Product Model through it.
