Deleting a revision from the revision history (Publisher)
This task does not apply to Custom Revision History tables.
To delete a revision from the revision history:
1. In the Revision History pane, select the revision entry you want to delete.
2. Click the – Delete button, and then from the confirmation dialog click Yes.
The revision is removed from the revision history.
