Exporting mapping options from an Integration for IBM Rational DOORS mapping (Integration for IBM Rational DOORS)
You can export the mapping options of an Integration for IBM Rational DOORS Mapping to a Mappings Options File, and then create a new Integration for IBM Rational DOORS Mapping from the Mappings Options File you created.
Note that an Integration for IBM Rational DOORS Mapping is saved with a model, so all users of a model will have access to any Integration for IBM Rational DOORS Mappings created for that model.
To export mapping options to a mapping options file:
1. In Modeler, open the model for which the Integration for IBM Rational DOORS Mapping was created.
2. On the Tools menu, point to DOORS, and then click Synchronize.
3. On the Mapping Selection page, select the check box associated with the Integration for IBM Rational DOORS Mapping from which you want to export the mapping options
4. Click Export.
5. Select the folder in which you want to create the Mapping Options File, and then click Save.
To import mapping options from a mapping options file:
1. In Modeler, open the model for which you want to create an Integration for IBM Rational DOORS Mapping from a Mapping Options File.
2. On the Tools menu, point to DOORS, and then click Synchronize.
3. On the Mapping Selection page, click Import.
4. Select the Mapping Options File from which you want to create an Integration for IBM Rational DOORS Mapping, and then click Open.
5. Follow Integration for IBM Rational DOORS pages to define the new Integration for IBM Rational DOORS Mapping.
