Scale Selection
Use the SCALE SELECTION command to scale the elements that you have selected.

x, y
Corner, and therefore, in what direction you want to scale the elements.
m_x, m_y
Scaling of the x- and y-axis. These parameters will multiply the axis. i.e. every number below one is for shrinking the selection, one does no scaling at all and everything over one is for enlarging the selection.
COPY
(optional) Scales and copies the object instead of just scaling it.
NO_ELEMENTS
(optional) Scales patterns with reference to elements.
NO_PATTERNS
(optional) Scales only the elements.
