Metric Roll-Up Behavior
If there is more than one work center included in the equipment selected for the filter in the Scorecard tool, then the metric values calculated for each work center are rolled-up to the level of the filtered equipment. The unit of measure for a metric determines whether this roll-up behavior is as an average or an aggregate of the work center values.
Average—The values from all work centers within the filtered equipment are averaged for the filtered date range. The Production OEE, Total Available OEE, Average Throughput, and Scrap Rate metrics all use the average roll-up behavior.
Aggregate—The values from all work centers within the filtered equipment are added together for the filtered date range. The Total Loss Hours, Production Quantity, Jobs Completed, Jobs Scheduled, Planned Production Time, Overtime, Total Production Time, and Total Effective Time metrics all use the aggregate roll-up behavior.
For a metric with the aggregate roll-up behavior, the Target column in Scorecard displays the target value normalized for the filtered time frame.
