Calculation Tab
The Calculation tab displays the formula that is used to calculate the metric. This information is read-only. You can access the Calculation tab by viewing a metric from the Metrics page.
The following table lists the formulae for the metrics used in the Scorecard tool:

Production OEE | Total Effective Time / Total Production Time |
Total Available OEE | Total Effective Time / (total number of hours in the date range * number of work centers in the filtered equipment) |
Total Loss Hours | Planned Production Time + Overtime - Total Effective Time |
Average Throughput | Production Quantity / Total Production Time |
Production Quantity | Total quantity of good materials produced |
Scrap Rate | Total count of scrapped materials / (Production Quantity + total count of scrapped materials) |
Jobs Completed | Number of completed job orders |
Jobs Scheduled | Number of job orders that are scheduled + number of job orders that are completed |
Planned Production Time | (Total number of hours in the date range * number of work centers in the filtered equipment) - Overtime - time outside of a scheduled shift |
Overtime | Time in production outside of a scheduled shift + time during overtime shifts |
Total Production Time | Planned Production Time + time spent in production outside of a scheduled shift |
Total Effective Time | Good Count * Ideal Cycle Time |
