GET_LIGHT_BRIGHTNESS interrupt action

GET_LIGHT_BRIGHTNESS requests the brightness of the specified light source.

Syntax

Options

This action has no options.

When to use

Use this action to request light brightness information. Brightness values are in the range 0.0 to 1.0.

Example

The following parameter sequence requests the brightness of light source number 3.

(getres (GET_LIGHT_BRIGHTNESS "vport1" 3))

OneSpace Designer returns the brightness of the specified light source.

All viewport names must be enclosed by double quotes (" ").
