GET_LIGHT_POSITION interrupt action

GET_LIGHT_POSITION requests the position of the specified light.

Syntax


---->(GET_LIGHT_POSITION)--|viewport|--|light|---->

Options

This action has no options.

When to use

Use this action to request light source positional information.

The position is returned in the current length units.

Example

The following parameter sequence requests the position of light source number 3.

(getres (GET_LIGHT_POSITION "vport1" 3))

OneSpace Designer returns the 3D vector containing the position of the specified light source.

All viewport names must be enclosed by double quotes (" ").
