To Insert Symbols
Perform the steps below to insert a 2D or 3D symbol in the active figure:
1. In the Home tab, in the Insert group, click Symbols to open the symbols gallery.
2. Scroll through the categories to find a symbol, and then click its thumbnail. The gallery closes and the pointer in the figure window includes a stamp icon.
3. Click the desired location to place the selected symbol. The symbol appears at the default size, position, and orientation defined in the Symbol:Edit dialog box.
