To Select Phantom Parts
• In the sBOM tree and Item List—Select phantom parts the same way you select nonphantom parts.
• In the figure window—Hold down the ALT key and click the background. The pointer changes to the phantom pointer to indicate that phantom parts are selectable. Keep holding down the ALT key to select phantom parts (and, optionally, nonphantom parts) using either of these methods:
◦ Click the parts.
◦ Drag a selection rectangle on or around the parts.
If you hold down the ALT key and then click a part in the figure window instead of the background, you will not see the phantom pointer. However, you will be able to select phantom parts.
Release the ALT key to omit phantom parts from figure window selections. The phantom pointer changes to the normal selection pointer.
