To Select or Exclude Attribute Text for Localization
You can select one or more attributes to localize. You can export attribute names and values independently. You can also exclude text from localization. Click Tools > Manage Attributes, and then follow one of the procedures below.
To Select Text to Localize
1. To localize all attribute text, right-click the list of attributes and then select Localize > All. All names and values are added to the file to localize.
2. To select a group of attributes to localize, follow these steps:
a. Select the attributes in the list, right-click, and then select Localize.
b. Select the text of the attribute to localize:

The selected text is added to the file to localize.

You can also select text string by string. For each attribute to localize, select the check boxes in the columns. Localize the attribute’s name, value, or both.
3. Click Close.
To Exclude Text from Localization
1. To exclude all attribute text, right-click the list of attributes and then select Do not localize > All. All of the names and values are excluded from the file to localize.
2. To select a group of attributes to exlude, follow these steps:
a. Select the attributes in the list, right-click, and then select Do not localize.
b. Select the text of the attribute to localize:

The selected text is excluded.

You can also exclude text string by string. For each attribute to exclude, clear the check boxes in the columns. Exclude the attribute’s name, value, or both.
3. Click Close.
