To Edit the Content of Title Blocks
The design of the title block is set in the standard. You can change the position and offset of the title block, and edit some of the text.
1. Click Figure > Formats, and then select a format with a title block.
2. Click Figure > Edit Title Block, right-click and select Edit Title Block, or double-click in the title block. The Edit Title Block dialog box opens.
3. In the Text box, edit the text inside the curly brackets.
Click Next or press TAB to move the cursor to the next field.
Click Previous or press Shift+TAB to return the cursor to the previous field.
Press ENTER to insert a line break into a text field.
To add text with defined properties, click Insert, and then add an item from the list.
*
You cannot edit text that is configured in the standard.
You can edit text that you add in the Edit Title Block dialog box.
4. Under Position, select the corner to place the Title Block, and then optionally set a Vertical offset or Horizontal offset.
*
The unit of the offsets in the Edit Title Block dialog box are consistent with the units defined in the standard.
5. To adjust the width of the block, select and reposition the handle. The width updates dynamically. If you reduce the width, additional lines may be created, increasing the height of the title block.
6. Click OK to save the changes.
