To Customize Settings for a 2D Figure
Use the 2D Figure Settings dialog box to customize the settings for new 2D figures.
Select the Use parent 3D figure line settings check box to apply the line settings used in the parent 3D figure to the 2D figure.
1. Click Figure > New Figure. The New Figure dialog box opens.
2. Under 2D, select a view and then click 2D Figure Settings. The 2D Figure settings dialog box opens.
3. Use the following tabs to customize 2D figure settings:
HLR
Size
Border
Caption
4. To customize the line settings for the 2D figure, clear the Use parent 3D figure line settings check box. The line settings are enabled.

5. Use the options in the Size tab to set the page size and orientation for the figure.
6. Click Create to create the 2D figure and keep the dialog box open. Click Create and Close to create the 2D figure and close the dialog box.
