1.
Double-click the arc to edit.
2.
Click
Geometry
and click the arrow next to
Point
.
3.
Click
Line Navigation
and use

to locate the anchor point.
The anchor point is located away from the line.
4.
Right-click and choose
Move Point
from the shortcut menu. The anchor point is attached to the pointer.
5.
Click the sheet to reposition the arc.
6.
Right-click and choose
Exit Tool
