About the Tools Tab
Use these tools to customize and work with your designs.
Measure Group
Use the Measure command to create points.
• Protractor—Opens the Protractor dialog box.
Grid Group
Use the Grid commands to set and view the grid.
• Grid Properties—Opens the Grids: Current Sheet dialog box.
• Activate Grid—Activates the grid.
Trail Group
Use the Trail command to run a trail file.
• Play Trail File—Opens the Play Trail File dialog box.
• Record Trail—Opens the Record Trail File dialog box.
• Stop Recording—Stops recording the trail file.
Selection Group
Use the Selection commands to work with design items.
• Draft Group from Selection—Opens the Catalog Explorer dialog box with the selected items as a new draft group.
• Select Mainshape—Selects the main catalog shape on the sheet.
