About the Design Tab
Use these commands to set design parameters and properties.
Parameters Group
Use the Parameters commands to set design parameters and properties.
• Edit Global Parameters—Opens the Define Types dialog box.
• Design Properties—Opens the Design Properties dialog box.
• Dataset Visibility—Opens the Parameter Display Selector dialog box.
• Datatable Explorer—Opens the Datatable Explorer dialog box.
Sheets Group
Use the Sheets commands to set template sheets and location sets.
• Grids—Opens the Grids: Global dialog box.
• Edit Color Palette—Opens the Select a Color dialog box.
• Color Setup—Opens the Color Setup dialog box.
• Set Template Sheets—Opens the Default Template Settings dialog box.
• Rows and Columns—Click the arrow to select a command:
◦ Location Set Explorer—Opens the Location Set Explorer dialog box.
◦ Set Sheet Labeling Datum—Prompts to select 2 datum points.
◦ Set Sheet Widths
• Default Probe—Click the arrow to select a default probe.
Catalog Group
Use Catalog group to set catalog options and verify the catalog.
• Catalog—Opens the Catalog Options dialog box.
• Verify Catalog—Verifies the catalog.
• Unlock Catalog—Unlocks the catalog for editing.
