About Terminators and Terminator Tables
Terminators are attached to pins of a connector to represent contact, crimp, or other terminator style information. The term_name parameter is used to assign a terminator to a pin. The value for this parameter is assigned to a pin in a conductor either manually or, in a large design, using a terminator table.
A terminator table automatically assigns terminator parameters to a specific group of pins. Terminator tables created in Diagram or Cabling as TTB file or an external editor as a CSV file can imported into a design.
*
When exporting a terminator table from Creo Parametric the terminator_table_out_unicode configuration option must be set to no for proper import to Creo Schematics.
Although the terminator table is design-specific and is not part of a design catalog, you can export it for use in another design.
