To Create a Fillet Weld
1. Click Applications > Welding. The Welding tab opens.
2. Click Fillet Weld. The Fillet Weld tab opens.
3. Click to create a one-sided weld, or click to create a symmetrical fillet weld on both sides of a piece of metal.
4. Select a weld dimension scheme from the list, and then type a value for the selected dimensions.
5. To set the lightweight weld trajectory calculation method, click for automatic, or click for manual (user-defined) and then select a chain reference to define the weld trajectory on the Location tab.
6. To create an intermittent weld, click and set intermittency options.
7. Click the Location tab, and define the weld location.
8. Click the Options tab, and define the weld options.
9. Click the Symbol tab, and define the properties of the weld symbol displayed in the graphics window.
10. To add a user-defined parameter, click the Properties tab, and then click Define. Enter a parameter in the Parameters dialog box that opens.
