To View the Process Time Graphs
To view a graphical process representation, compute the step times, or enter values in the Actual machining time column of the Process Table. If both the computed time and the actual time are available for a step, the graph displays the actual time.
1. Click

. The Process Graph dialog box opens. 2. Click View in the top toolbar of the dialog box to select one of the following options:
◦ Process Main View—View the process graph for all steps in the process.
◦ Current Step View—View the process graph for steps in the current Steps view.
 | The View options are not relevant in the Process view because the Process view always includes all steps in the process. |
3. Select one of the Graph by viewing options:
◦ Operation (default)—The process graph displays the times needed to perform each operation. The x-coordinate of the graph represents time, while the y-coordinate lists the operation names.
◦ Orientation—The process graph breaks down the times by machining orientation. The x-coordinate of the graph represents time, while the y-coordinate lists the coordinate system names.
◦ Cutting Tool—The process graph displays the times spent working with each tool. The x-coordinate of the graph represents time, while the y-coordinate lists the cutting tool names.
◦ Step—The process graph displays the times needed to perform each step. The x-coordinate of the graph represents time, while the y-coordinate lists the step names.
4. Select steps to view their time representations and reordering limits. When you select a step, either in the Process Table or by clicking on its time representation in the Process Graph dialog box, the following happens:
◦ The step representation in the Process Graph dialog box is highlighted with a thin black frame.
◦ The corresponding step line in the Process Table is highlighted in cyan.
◦ The step reordering limits in the Process Table, for line balancing purposes, are highlighted in red.
5. Click

7. Click Close to continue working with the Process Table.
