About Creating Walls
A wall is any section of sheet metal material in your design. You can create two kinds of wall:
Unattached wall—An independent wall that does not need another wall to exist. The first unattached wall in a part is called a first wall. All sheet metal features of the part are children of the first wall. The first wall determines the sheet metal thickness. You can also create other unattached walls. The geometry of these unattached walls must be merged to the main wall geometry.
Attached wall—Dependent on, at least one other wall.
