Search and Query in the Weld and Joint Tree
You can search to find nodes in the Weld and Joint Tree for the currently active assembly. There are two types of searches:
Simple Searches
You can type freely in the simple search box next to in the Weld and Joint Tree. The search tries to find nodes that match the text you type.
Matching node results can be shown in two ways:
—Filters the tree to show only nodes that match the text you type, and their parent nodes all the way up to the top-level assembly, in the Weld and Joint Tree. Hides other nodes. Highlights the matching nodes. This is the default display.
—Shows all nodes in the Weld and Joint Tree, and highlights the matching nodes.
You can switch between the display types by clicking the or icon.
Several simple search options are available. Right-click the simple search text box, and select the check box to turn on the option, or clear the check box to turn off the option:
Dynamic Filter/Search
