Sharing a Collaboration Session
After you have started a collaboration session in Creo+, you can share it with other users and work simultaneously on the same design assembly.
1. On the top-right corner of the Creo+ window, click .
2. In the Share Session dialog box, the Individuals list shows users with access to real-time collaboration. Select the users for sharing the session and click Share.
The selected users are listed in the Share Session dialog box. Permissions granted to the selected users are displayed alongside the user’s name. By default, only read and write permissions are granted to the users with whom the session is shared.
You can also share a collaboration session from the Creo+ portal page. Select a collaboration session from the list of session and click .
In the Share Session dialog box, a Share with Technical Support slider is available. Use this option, only if instructed by the technical support team, to share your session with the technical support team. Your data might be shared with other PTC divisions, such as R&D, in compliance with PTC’s data and privacy policy. This option does not assist in initiating a conversation with the technical support team.
Managing Permissions
You can manage permissions for users with whom the collaboration session is shared. In the
Share Session dialog box, on hovering over a user,

Edit permissions to give or revoke share access for the user and also manage the delete access. Select or clear the
Share check box to manage share permission, and then click to complete the action.
• Click

to remove a user from the sharing list and revoke access to the collaboration session.
