Permissions for Collaboration
When working in Collaboration, you can invite users to join a collaboration session, share a session with other users, and add guest users. Depending on the role assigned by the administrator when setting up the Creo+ environment, you can perform different tasks in collaboration. For information on roles in Creo+, see “Roles and Responsibilities”.
The following table provides information on user roles and capabilities that are supported for these roles.

Author (Creo+ User)
Guest
Create a collaboration session.
Join a collaboration session.
A guest can join only the session that is shared with him.
Edit a collaboration session.
Share a collaboration session.
Delete a collaboration session..
The author can delete only their own sessions.
