Review and change the BOM report
Once you've generated a BOM report, you can review and then change it to get the report you want.
When the report is finalized, you can
Save your report configuration and reuse it for future reports. See Save and reuse report configurations.
Create an HTML version of the report.
Send the report to Microsoft Excel, Annotation, Modeling, or Creo Elements/Direct Drafting.
Review the BOM report
The BOM Report Configuration displays all of the configurations you set:
BOM Details: Displays the part name, state, description, and number of items.
Report Content: Displays the levels and Modeling Indicators. If you selected an option for Show by type, the Report Content also displays if the report shows assemblies or parts.
Filters: Displays the Effectivity, View, and Options set for the report. Unlike BOM Details and Report Content, you can change this configuration in the report. Click Set to select an Effectivity, View, or Option for the report. The BOM Report Configuration changes according to the settings.
Click to open and to close the BOM Report Configuration details.
Creo Elements/Direct Model Manager displays the report below the BOM Report Configuration.
Change the BOM report
If you want to change the BOM report, reconfigure and regenerate it.
To reconfigure reports,
1. Click Change Report Configuration. The Report Generator opens.
2. Change any of the settings and click Finish. Creo Elements/Direct Model Manager creates another report using the changed settings.

If you generate a report and then make changes in the BOM Editor, your current report will be Out of date. You'll have to generate a new report from the BOM Editor to see your changes.
