Add a PDF file to a drawing
You can add a PDF file to a drawing that is saved in Creo Elements/Direct Drawing Manager.
There are two ways to add a PDF file to a drawing:
• Check PDF in the Save dialog box when you save the drawing. The PDF file is generated and saved with the drawing.

PDFs are not created when storing a subpart, even if you check Create PDF.

• In Creo Elements/Direct Drafting, click > > . Alternatively, right-click the drawing and, in the shortcut menu, click > . The PDF file is generated and saved in the database. You can only add a PDF file to a drawing that has not been modified since it was saved in or loaded from Creo Elements/Direct Drawing Manager.
