Customizing the Creo Elements/Direct 3D Access User Interface
This appendix tells you how to customize the user interface to suit your particular needs. All customization is done with the Customize dialog box enabled (click File, then Customize or right-click a toolbar and select Customize).
This dialog box lets you customize the following.
• Commands: Use this tab to add command buttons to toolbars and menus, to create and modify command buttons, and to record macros:
◦ To add a button to a toolbar, drag it from the Commands box to any toolbar.
◦ To see other commands, select another category in the Groups box.
◦ To create a new menu item, select Menus in the Groups box and drag the New Menu command in the Commands box to any menubar, toolbar, or context menu. To change the name, right-click the mouse button, select Button Appearance and change the text.
◦ To create a new command (or modify an existing command), click New and complete the User Defined Command dialog box. See
